Preparing to Move
My mom always said: “Those who fail to plan, plan to fail!” She was right. With that in mind, we try to look ahead as much as possible so that we aren’t caught off guard at the last minute by something that we should have anticipated or could have prepared for. Since deciding to buy a new home and deciding to pack up your family and move is (at least) one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, we felt it would be useful to share a few things that should help make that

Something funny this way comes.....
I’m always thinking about how to best serve my clients when putting their house on the market. I think about the lighting, streamlining the tchotchkes, taking family photos down, and staging just enough for buyers to have a sense of living in a prospective home. I’ve never really had to “mask” serious issues like some of these listings. I would like to personally thank all my clients for not making my job this difficult. Enjoys some of my favorites..... For more fun, please v

You know the old adage: “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, right? When selling your home, it is important to be realistic about what the market says your home’s value is. Don’t fall into the trap of going with the agent who promises to sell your home for the most amount of money. Look at recent sales (comps) in your neighborhood and compare them to your own property. Are the houses the same size? Do they have similar upgrades? If so, then those figures
